Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 18 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Venvy platform, operated by KMBez Investments (Pty) Ltd, trading as Venvy ("Venvy", "we", "us", or "our"). By requesting or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Venvy provides tools for merchants to display products, receive orders through WhatsApp, process payments through supported payment providers, and arrange delivery through supported courier providers. Availability may depend on third-party services, account approval, and technical requirements.
2A. Your account, verification and going live
You can create an account, confirm your WhatsApp number and set up your products before your store is live. Before your store goes live, and before any payout is made, Venvy may ask for information to verify your identity, your business and your bank account (for example an ID document, a bank confirmation letter and company registration documents). Venvy decides when a store goes live, and may decline or delay going live or payouts if information is missing, cannot be verified or appears inaccurate.
3. Merchant responsibilities
- Provide accurate business, product, pricing, banking, and contact information.
- Ensure that products and marketing claims comply with applicable law and platform rules.
- Obtain any customer permissions required to process personal information and send transactional WhatsApp messages.
- Keep account credentials and connected business accounts secure.
- Fulfil accepted orders, refunds, returns, and customer obligations applicable to your business.
4. Fees and payouts
Current pricing is published in the fee schedule. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- There is no setup fee and no charge before your store goes live.
- A monthly subscription of R99 including VAT applies from the month your store goes live.
- A transaction fee of 10% applies to each paid order, calculated on the price of the goods only (delivery is excluded), with a minimum of R10 per order. The fee is never more than the price of the goods. It includes payment processing.
- Courier charges are paid by the customer at checkout and passed to the courier at cost.
- Payouts are made monthly or every two weeks at no extra cost, or weekly for an additional R18 per month, which you choose.
Customer payments are collected into Venvy’s payment provider account. Venvy deducts the fees and charges above (including the subscription, where your sales cover it) and pays the balance to your nominated bank account. Payouts are released only once your payout bank details and verification documents have been approved by Venvy. Until then, amounts due to you are held and shown in your dashboard. If your sales do not cover the subscription, Venvy may invoice you for the difference.
5. Third-party providers
Venvy relies on providers such as Meta/WhatsApp, payment providers, hosting providers, and courier providers. Their availability, terms, fees, and privacy practices may apply to the relevant part of the service.
6. Intellectual property
Venvy and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in your business content and grant Venvy the limited permissions needed to provide the service.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where required for security, non-payment, unlawful activity, misuse, or a breach of these terms. You may stop using the service subject to any outstanding obligations.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided subject to reasonable availability and third-party dependencies. To the extent permitted by law, KMBez Investments (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate merchant information, customer disputes, third-party outages, or events outside our reasonable control.
9. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. For privacy or legal questions, contact info@venvy.co.za.
10. Contact
